CLIENT'S CHARTER

Our staff of residential colleges, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) are committed to excellence through the application of quality culture in providing efficient, honest and friendly services and services to meet our customers' expectations by ensuring:

1) Student enrollment management will not exceed 9 minutes.

2) Checkouts students management is done in a period of not more than 5 minutes.

3) Complaints will be taken within 2 working days.

4) The results of the placement of college students will be notified within 3 weeks before the end of the second semester / study sessions.

5) Completed loan application for student activities will be processed within one working day.

6) The cash payment receipt will be issued immediately after payment is made.

7) The approved notice / circular letter will be posted on the notice board within two working days.
