13th College received two(2) units of 1Malaysia Electric Bicycle(SER1M). The Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water initiated this program to promote and inculcate usage of low carbon emission transport among youth. UPM was chosen as one of the Malaysian public universities to kick start this benevolent program. 13th College would also like to extend our upmost gratitude to Student Affairs Division for the seamless procedure to obtain yhe bicycle. It is hoped that all 13th College family could seize this opportunity to try out the bicycles.
