SERDANG, SEPT. 13 - Sport and Recreation Secretariat, Kolej Tiga Belas organized Sport Management Workshop 1.0 in collaboration with University Health Centre, Universiti Putra Malaysia (PKU, UPM). This programme aims to enhance student’s decision making and problem solving skills in an organization. Also, students can develop their skills on responsibility, leadership and discipline values as well as implement their duties as a team manager. This workshop was held at Dewan Putra 1, and Bilik Mesyuarat Leo, Kolej Tiga Belas. Two main agenda in this programme are First Aid Slot with Dr Khamizi Aziz, our medical officer in PKU UPM; and Sport Management Workshop 1.0. These two slots provided early exposure to a team manager to handle their team before, during and after the Sukan Kolej (SUKOL). At the end of this programme, all of the participants were given the opportunities to ask any questions that related with these two slots so that they can understand all of the procedures and future planning for their team.
